Choosing a lender and getting pre-qualified is the first step and Leigh will assist you in finding a lender and shopping for rates.  Having a background in banking/finance, she will give you tips on some things to avoid when searching for the “best fit” for your needs.   Working with various lenders in our area and knowing the programs is an asset and Leigh will work closely with your loan officer step by step.  It is key to have good communication throughout the process and to work as a team!

First Time Home Purchase

Leigh can walk you through your first purchase and she understands how uncertain your first purchase can be.  There are steps to take that will make the journey less stressful and she is the person experienced with first time home buyers.  From getting qualified with a lender, to the home search, and what to expect all the way through inspections, due diligence, and closing. 

Second Home or Investment Properties

Whether searching for investment /rental properties or a vacation home, Leigh has experience in working with investors for rental properties, auction purchases and foreclosures.
